Upon contracting the management of a hotel, Kihli carefully develops the hotel’s specific operating concept and mid-term (5 years) plan.
Prior to each operating season, Kihli presents the hotel owners with a detailed Annual Plan covering all aspects of the hotel’s operations. Upon approval of the Annual Plan, Kihli is responsible for its implementation which is presented in detailed periodic reports to the owners.
A critical aspect of the successful implementation of the Annual Plan is the careful selection of competent and passionate hotel managers and staff. We provide continuous training to hotel staff and maintain balanced relationships through significant efforts on site.
